The town has created a memorial in its cemetery for 16 German soldiers who fell in and near Ebermannstadt in April 1945. It was redesigned and newly laid out by the Volksbund in 1980. The names of those buried here are immortalized on bronze plaques. Memorial plaques for the fallen of the First World War from the towns of Breitenbach, Ebermannstadt and Gasseldorf were attached to the stone wall. The Eastern worker Nastia Solowiy, who died of a liver disease, rests next to each other in individual graves, far from home. And Jan Ciexciel, who died of peritonitis.
