Bolnisi

The prisoner of war cemetery in Bolnisi was restored in 2000. Around 46 prisoners of war rest here. The site is 810 square meters in size and is surrounded by metal posts with two metal pipes. The graves are marked by groups of symbolic crosses. The central memorial is a 4.5 meter high metal cross. Here is also the commemorative message: HERE REST WAR SURVIVORS, VICTIMS OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR
