The First World War military cemetery in Beresa was restored in 1994. Around 480 soldiers are buried here. The site is 4,800 square meters in size and is surrounded by an earth wall. The graves are marked by grave slabs. The central memorial is a 4.5 meter high metal cross. Here is also the memorial message: HERE REST SOLDIERS, VICTIMS OF THE FIRST WORLD WAR
