The cemetery complex with 88 German soldiers of the First World War is approx. 200 m² in size. It is located in the city center, on the road to the Russian border crossing. It consists of 6 terraces, the walls are made of brick, the names are inscribed on sandstones. Unfortunately, the memorial was destroyed after the Second World War. Reservists from Nienburg (Weser) helped with the restoration of the cemetery. The towns of Nienburg and Bartoszyce have been twinned since September 2002.
