Aurich, Ev.-luth. Friedhof

According to the information available to us, over 100 German soldiers from the First World War rest in this cemetery in a very well-kept cemetery by the mausoleum, as well as several Russian prisoners of war and 21 German soldiers from the Second World War who died of their wounds in Aurich military hospitals. There are also 3 further graves of Polish soldiers from the 1st Polish Armored Division. Other individual graves are scattered around the cemetery. Photos: Volker Fleig 2012
