the prisoner of war cemetery in Astrakhan Station was restored in 1996. Around 3,223 prisoners of war rest here. The site is 5,000 square meters in size and is surrounded by a metal fence. The graves are marked by groups of symbolic crosses. The central memorial is a 4.5 meter high metal cross.
