Zalka-Chranges

In 2000, the prisoner of war cemetery in Zalka I was restored. 90 prisoners of war are buried here. The site is 975 square meters in size and is surrounded by metal posts with two metal pipes. The graves are marked by groups of symbolic crosses. The central memorial is a 4.5-metre high metal cross, which also bears the memorial message: HERE REST POWS OF WAR, VICTIMS OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR
