Eckau

The cemetery was destroyed after the Second World War. The crosses were demolished and partially destroyed. In October 1999, the cemetery was repaired on behalf of the Volksbund. The upper parts of 4 broken crosses were found. There are now 6 concrete crosses and an individual granite headstone in the cemetery. Unfortunately, the exact number of graves can no longer be determined. According to archive documents, at least 18 soldiers were buried here, most of whom fell in October 1915.
