Bornheim-Walberberg-Kriegsgräberstätte

159 German soldiers who died of their wounds in the nearby "Rheindorfer Burg" military hospital, 14 citizens who were killed in a low-flying air raid on a passenger train near Bornheim and 24 war dead recovered from field graves in the surrounding area rest on a cemetery next to the Walberberg cemetery. The war cemetery was inaugurated on October 12, 1952. 201 war dead of the Second World War rest on this war cemetery.
