According to the information available to us, 482 men, women and children, both soldiers and civilians, who died as a result of war and tyranny are buried at the Meyerhöfen war cemetery. In the 1950s and 1960s, burials were transferred here from the former administrative district of Osnabrück. A total of 446, including 12 from World War I. Among others, 301 Russians, 120 Poles and 27 Ukrainians rest here. The names of 74 of those buried are not known. The exact location of the individual graves can be seen on a name plaque.
