The former Protestant cemetery in Białystok contains an unknown number of war graves from World War I. As the cemetery fell into disrepair after 1945, the city council decided in 1996 to incorporate the remaining gravestones into a wall and rebuild a small chapel. The former cemetery grounds cover an area of 6,500 m².
