The Protestant cemetery Alt Schmargendorf is located on Breite Straße in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The cemetery was established around 1250 as the churchyard of Schmargendorf, which was founded around 1220; the church itself dates back to the end of the 13th century. 1,673 m² in size, the cemetery is directly adjacent to the municipal cemetery in Schmargendorf. Victims of the Second World War rest in a 16 m² collective grave.(Martin Bayer, 08.04.2020)
