The cemetery complex with 88 German soldiers of the First World War is approx. 200 m² in size. It is located in the town center, on the road to the Russian border crossing. 6 terraces form the complex, the walls are made of brick, the names are inscribed on sandstones. Unfortunately, the memorial was destroyed after the Second World War, but reservists from Nienburg (Weser) helped to restore the cemetery. The towns of Nienburg and Bartoszyce have been twinned since September 2002.
