326 war dead lie in the cemetery, which was laid out in 1950. These are mainly those who died in the military hospital, but also those who died in the battles for MüIlheim (Bd.). A low wall surrounds the site. Name stones mark the graves. Granite crosses are scattered in groups of three across the cemetery. The names of the fallen were recorded in sgraffito in the chapel.
